Laurent Lapaire, an expert in excellence after ten years of managing the restaurant l'Arpège, his associate Olivier Le Franc, and the young chef Yohann Lemonnier, provide exceptional service. This French fine-dining restaurant was rightly rewarded with a Michelin Star in March 2009.
