Situated in the 9th district, following his experience in renowned establishments in London and Paris, and the opening of his first address in Levallois, Christophe Vesque fell upon the 1900's charm of the Bistrot Papillon. A lover of fine traditional French cuisine, he recruited a young chef motivated by the same demands. Regulars guests assure, the spirit of the venue has been preserved and the former owner of this restaurant has even passed on his most famous recipes.
