      Founded in 1906 by the Chartiers, this enchanting "bouillon" situated between Odéon and the Sorbonne in the 6th district, is classified as a historic monument. With its intricate wainscoting, bevelled mirrors, coloured stained glass and marble mosaics, its decor glorifies the Art Nouveau style. On the menu, brasserie classics with modern flavours.
