The eponymous “guys” of this bistro are Jean-Jacques Delaval and Gil Rosinha. They have joined forces in creating this easygoing bistrot in the heartland of the Marais of the 3rd district. The décor has character with padded seating, pearly black and grey mosaic walls, and amusing hanging lights. The traditional cuisine menu is also contemporary and goes off the beaten track.
