Situated in the 11th district, this is a precursor of the bistrot opened by Mr and Mrs Astier in 1956, Astier restaurant has always offered country cooking and quality wines at reasonable prices. Frédéric Hubig took the reins in 2006, preserving the venue's spirit. A perfectionist, he conferred management of the kitchen with Christophe Kestler and the wine list with Robert Henry, former sommelier at the Grand Véfour. The result is guaranteed pleasure!
