The Château de l'Ouest is an atypical bistrot located in the district of Gare Montparnasse in the 14th district. Self taught, passionate about gourmet food, its chef and owner François Quesnel, opened his first restaurant locating to this address in June 2007. All products are selected directly from the best producers in each region, and all food is prepared on the premises. The menu offers harmony between the food and drinks of a same region.
