Les Elysées, the Hotel Vernet's famous restaurant, has made the most of summer 2008 to undergo a complete transformation: new decor, new chef, new menu! Ideally situated at the heart of the Triangle d'Or, Les Elysées receives you in a cosy dining-room, under Gustave Eiffel's majestic glass roof. Creations by the new chef, Gérald Barthélémy, are in his image: carefree, frank, light and based on solid gastronomic tradition.
