      This lovely Japanese restaurant, founded in 1972 in Saint-Germain-des-Prés of the 6th district, is one of the few places in Paris dedicated to Teppanyaki specialities which are cooked in front of you on a large iron griddle. The food is deliciously refined and it's a fun place to be, with juggling chefs who send meat, seafood and vegetables flying from the griddle to your plate. Don't hesitate to try out one of the house menus - they are well-coordinated and give you a taste of everything.
