The 39V, located on the 6th and top floor of a Haussmannian building in the 8th district, in the very heart of Paris' "Golden Triangle", is a veritable haven of peace bordering on the sky. In a contemporary and elegant setting, the Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Vardon puts forward a modern reinterpretation of French gastronomy cuisine. He creates a neoclassical and sometimes mischievous menu where seasonal products always take centre stage. On fine days, the terrace, bordered by a vegetable garden, makes the ideal setting for an aperitif in the sun.
