This classic hotel, bar and restaurant was established in the 1920’s in the 8th district and was the top meeting place for all the prominent political and cultural figures of the 1960’s. Berkeley 's interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon has given this exclusive Champs-Elysées venue a warm and luminous atmosphere using beautiful textiles, stunning objets d’art and a magnificent glass ceiling. The menu of this fun and trendy restaurant is changed regularly and the chef provides food that is simple and flavourful using seasonal produce.
