Located in the 8th district at the centre of the ‘Triangle d’Or. Opening out onto the hotel's wonderful internal gardens, Le Diane, a Michelin-starred restaurant is a haven of tranquility. Jean-Yves Leuranguer, a "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" award winner, has created a timeless cuisine giving some of France's best classic dishes French fine-dining "a contemporary twist".
