Le Jardinier

A restaurant owner with the soul of an interior decorator, Catherine Fumaz adapts the décor of her restaurant near the Grands Boulevards in the 9th district to the passing of time. She combines the Haussmann-style setting of the establishment with fabrics, colours and ornaments that are a continued surprise. The same degree of creativity is found in the kitchen, where her husband, Stéphane carefully prepares an original, yet traditional cuisine with a seasonal flavour that is always presented with great elegance.
