"My cooking is like my city, and my city is Paris". So undeniably Parisian, but also undeniably modern, Yannick Alléno became head chef at Le Meurice in the 1st district in 2003. This is his stage for demonstrating both his know and his strong creative talent for French fine-dining - he can tell what is going to appeal. In 2004, he obtained his second Michelin star, followed by his third one in 2007. Yannick Alléno thus entered the elite circle of the very best chefs in the world.
