A few steps from the Théâtre de Paris and near the Casino de Paris in the 9th arrondissement, Gilles Bellot opened this restaurant in 1999, that soon became a very Parisian meeting place at lunch time and a very theatrical place late in the evening, when the show moves to the dining-room with its view on the rôtisserie and Gilles Bellot's ovens. The bistro-type menu changes everyday according to the market, except for a few musts.
