A few steps from the Théâtre de Paris and near the Casino de Paris in the 9th district, Charlie Marciano and Gilles Bellot joined forces to open this restaurant that soon became a very Parisian meeting place at lunch time, and a very theatrical place late in the evening, when the show moves to the dining-room with its view on the rôtisserie and Gilles Bellot's ovens. The bistro-type menu changes everyday according to the market, except for a few musts.
