Monsieur le Prince

In the 6th district, located just a few step away from the Odéon, this bistrot has replaced the Maître Paul, which was one of the few restaurants in Paris dedicated to cuisine from the Franche-Comté region. It has been revived and refreshed by Romain Hadjadj, who has given a modern look to Monsieur le Prince that originally opened its doors in 1947. The decoration is chic and relaxed, with the grey tones set off by the colourful paintings. The Monsieur le Prince menu has also undergone a "revolution", with the bistro dishes perfectly executed and presented by Benjamin Patrier.
