In the 17th district, Pétrus is back! This miracle is the work of Gilles Malafosse and Jean-Jérôme Degoursi, the new owners of the mythical traditional cuisine restaurant on Pereire square that has been transformed into a luxury brasserie. The decor is smart and classic and the atmosphere created by the ever-present owners is warm and welcoming. Chef Benjamin Masson formerly worked with Passard. His cuisine is excellent. It is original without being overly showy. It is quite simply the result of beautifully prepared produce.
