Since 1976, three generations of the BHALLA family, from New Dehli, have distinguished themselves in 17th century Indian Mogul gastronomy. This is an elegant restaurant in the 8th district that exudes the Indian soul through its respect for tradition and for culinary arts. Ratn, that means "jewel", certainly lives up to its name.
