Former manager of Café Fauchon, Najoua Jaouen took over this pleasant, chic brasserie set between Madeleine and Place Vendôme in early 2015. Quite a lovely place, with a hushed, Threadbare Thirties atmosphere ; beautiful private dining rooms and even a small front terrace. Gifted chef Fabrice Béal offers a neo-classic menu with a sterling choice of premium ingredients – sometimes baring exotic nuances – that will delight gourmet customers.
