Christophe Daine spent years between Hong-Kong, Taiwan and China working in the luxury restaurant business and wanted to open an unusual premium Chinese restaurant right in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in the 6th district of Paris. That's how this ultra-chic restaurant was created with its three charming dining rooms and a glass-walled kitchen, in which the skilful chef, Tien Dat Au, lovingly prepares some of the most delicate and sophisticated dishes cooked in Paris, inspired by Asian influences.
