Toyo Nakayama, formerly personal chef to famous fashion designer Kenzo, has opened this eponymous restaurant in the heart of Montparnasse in the 6th district. Toyo is an authentic restaurant with an elegant setting and a handful of tables along with a long counter, behind which the talented chef prepares his original and highly refined French Gastronomic Cuisine, packed with exquisite, authentic Japanese flavors.
