    A few decades ago, the talented chef Guy Savoy opened this quayside gourmet stopover between Notre-Dame and the Pont-Neuf. On the walls, the work of Fabrice Hyber surprises as much as it intrigues. This large mural painting bearing the name "Menu-Mental" is a great page of writing and illustrations on the theme of gastronomy. An ideal spot to enjoy classics or even some of Stéphane Perraud’s own fusion-inspired dishes. We love it there!

    Robe rubis au nez intense sur des notes d'épices : tabac-cannelle-poivre rose puis sur des fruits rouges confiturés : mûre-cerise. La bouche est structurée avec des notes épicées en finale, lui donnant du caractère. Un vin long et persistant.
