    Open since 2002, near the Eiffel Tower, Carolina and Raffaele Caso's restaurant has become a landmark of Italian cuisine. Taught by his father, Raffaelle is a man of many talents and makes good use of them as he reinvents an exquisite transalpine gastronomy. Hence, the tourists wandering the area as well as true Parisians literally storm the place each service hour, delighted to taste such refined food in such a posh and cosy setting, matched by a thoroughly kind and well-trained staff.
