    At the true heart of the Latin Quarter, between the Panthéon and renowned Rue Mouffetard, La Truffière invites customers into the warm and cosy decor of a 17th century sheephouse. Chef Christophe Poard offers innovative gourmet dishes that give pride of place to truffle, favouring French growers and seasonal produce. His resume includes Le Clos Longchamp, La Vieille Fontaine, Taillevent, Jasmin and Le Grand Véfour. The wine list– displaying one of the country’s largest selections, with 4700 references – won several awards. Owner Christian Sainsard, wine enthusiast and merchant, spent the last three decades searching all over France to share his most treasured finds. The cheese menu is a stunner with more than 30 varieties, each matured individually. Friendly and caring staff.
