    Located in the heart of the historic Latin corner near the Pantheon, La Truffière welcomes you in the warm and cosy decor of a 17th century sheephouse. The chef, Aurélien Braguier, proposes a gourmet and creative Mediterranean cuisine, around  the vegetable, the herbs and the truffle, favouring French growners and seasonal products. Passionate about wines, Christian Sainsard, the owner, has been traveling in France for 35 years so that you share his discoveries.
