The Ferme Saint Simon, institution of the 7th district of Paris located a few steps from boulevard Saint Germain, successfully combines  an elegant and contemporary frame with fine gastronomy. The warm and cosy atmosphere of the restaurant gives pride of place to the delicate cuisine of the chef, Chiho Kanzaki. The menu, articulated around seasonal products,  find the right balance between tradition and contemporary cooking, with a lovely selection of wines.
