Taken over on 1 July 2010 by Gary Dorr, the Bar à Huîtres (oyster bar) situated in the 16th district, now offers the best “Grand Cru” oyster menu to be found on the Place de Paris. Special pink Tarbouriech Oyster N°00, David Hervé “pousse en Claire” n°2, Special Gillardeau N°3, Belon Cadoret N°000, and so many more. Redecorated throughout in a very “Cape Ferret” style, the Bar à Huîtres also offers a wide range of shellfish, seafood and high-quality fish, some of which are still alive when presented!
