    Nguyên-Lee, a former lawyer in Saigon, treats guests in the 9th district to land and sea discoveries stemming from a rich Indochinese culinary heritage. Inspired by three regions of the country Hué (the former imperial capital), Saigon and Tonkin every dish on the menu is like a small, infinitely appealing shrine to finesse and flavor. This Vietnamese cuisine is most certainly one of the best in Paris.
