A gourmet hotspot near Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées. Recently founded gastronomes group Black Code has taken over the acclaimed Tong Yen in a minimalist, yet warm setting designed by Gilles&Boissier. Head chef Arishima,  recently awarded for his work at Le Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo, elaborated a gourmet Cantonese menu swinging from tradition to modern standards.  Textures and flavours build up and follow each other, turning every mouthful into a total amazement.
