Situated in the 5th district, this former staging inn with its 1925 décor is the setting for this bistrot that is fiercely attached to the traditional and imaginative soul of French food. Its new chef, Baptiste Fournier, who trained with Michelin-starred chefs, including Jean-François Piège, serves a menu bringing to life his favourite ingredients and flavours. The short and detailed wine list will delight wine connoisseurs. The service is enchanting and friendly. Reservations recommended.
